You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a "Special Code". Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-Orders are items that are not currently in stock. However, the benefit of purchasing a Pre-Ordered item is that you will secure your size/style without risking the item being sold out before it arrives to us and before we post it online.

To purchase a Pre-Order item, you will proceed to check out as you typically would and purchase the item(s).
Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item/s. We recommend purchasing a Pre-Order item at least 4 weeks in advance. An expected delivery date will be available in the product description.

Again, Pre-Order Items cannot be cancelled/refunded. However, if you wish to change an item to another item which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. The item being exchanged to must be equal to the same value or greater.
Pre-Order dates are not guaranteed because delays may occur. However, we will be sure to keep you updated.

If you choose to purchase a Pre Order item, Believe In Your Selfie is not responsible for any unforeseen delays that may occur. Please, carefully consider placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed & shipped Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm (CST), excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Processing time for all regular orders and orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped in 2 business days.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to receive a domestic shipment and 2-4 weeks to receive an international shipment. Rates and options for domestic shipments (within the US) can be found below:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Believe In your Selfie within 10 DAYS of your purchase date, unless otherwise specified. Returns are refunded via store credit.

We do not accept products that have been worn, washed or altered. All returned must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. All items purchased on sale or as pre-order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (store credits never expire). After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
